If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please contact us for the first time and we will respond promptly.

If you wish to return your order, please read the following terms carefully:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• All packaging materials, EVA bags, display boxes, and hang tags must be kept intact.
• If there is no quality problem, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
• To initiate a return, you must send a notification to contact@fjbottle.com after shipping your item and provide us with your tracking number. Once the item has been received by us and is found to be in good condition, we will replace the item or issue a refund. This will be issued within 3-5 days.

Claims related to shipping damage
